RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Broskiez, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or style, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order. Exchanges will only be honored in cases where an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was received.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Due to the nature of custom and print-on-demand apparel, all apparel sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your apparel order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@broskiez.com within the applicable return period. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Items specifically marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Broskiez reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
