At Broskiez, we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of our control. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Broskiez is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Broskiez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly or cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members, or your local delivery office.
